We ship throughout Australia and New Zealand mostly from our base in Melbourne but sometimes direct from speciality warehouses in NSW or Queensland. In general we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Standard shipping cost is shown when you checkout your order, and if using Australia Post it is calculated directly by the Australia Post system. We use a variety of shipping methods depending upon your location and the size and value of your order, and your urgency. Carriers we use in Australia include Australia Post, also sometimes Couriers Please and Toll (using Sendle). To New Zealand and other countries, we use International Air Mail.
We aim to ship items that are in stock within 48 hours of receiving your order (or quicker depending on our order volume). Please note that cradles designed for specific phone models are usually made to order by the manufacturer as there are many different configurations, so it may take a few days before your order is shipped.
Delivery within Australia usually occurs within 2 to 7 days from the day we ship your order (occasionally longer for remote locations). Shipping estimates shown during the checkout process are estimates of how long it normally takes to get to you after it leaves our warehouse.
NOTE: We reserve the right to ship using a different method from the type you select on your order, if our experience tells us that it would be more expedient for your location (but we won’t ever charge more than you have selected to pay).
Within Australia (inc GST) via Australia Post
Standard shipping cost for items weighing under 500gm (half a kilogram) is $11 via Australia Post or $15 via Express Post. Heavier packages are charged more according to Australia Post rates.

To business addresses where somebody is available to sign during business hours, or to private addresses only because authority to leave the package without signature if nobody is in attendance (“Authority To Leave”) is accepted by selecting this delivery method.

Startrack and other couriers charge an additonal $9.60 if there is nobody present to receive the delivery and they have to return another time or take it to the post office for your colllection. We will need to pass that cost along to you. Couriers also charge an additional $9.60 if you specify a Post Office Box as your delivery address We will also need to pass that cost along to you.
Overnight guaranteed* shipping (orders up to 3.30pm AEST and if item is in stock): add 50% to the above Startrack/other courier rates
* we guarantee that the shipping method we use and pay for is a same day/overnight/next day service, although we cannot unreservably guarantee that the delivery will be completed in that timeframe if factors outside our control occur (but if that happens, we will refund the priority premium).

We will not accept liability for non-receipt of delivery if you provide us with incomplete or incorrect delivery address details, or if the shipment tracking shows that the delivery has been made. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address your goods will not be re-sent until an additional delivery fee has been paid. If you nominate a business address, it is your responsibility to provide the name of the business as part of your delivery address. Any returned goods due to the omission of a business name will be deemed to be an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Late delivery by our delivery agents such as Australia Post and other couriers does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to a refund or allow you to cancel an order.
Where delivery by our delivery agents has been recorded by their tracking system as being delivered, but you do not have possession of the package, this does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to a refund or replacement unless we have addressed your package to a different address from that specified on your order.
